30 Day "Make it Right" Policy
Refunds are not issued, but we will be happy to exchange your purchase or issue you a credit to the online merch store. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately there cannot be an exchange or a credit.
To be eligible for an exchange your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item unless your item was defective or damaged. Shipping costs are non-refundable and depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
If you are shipping an item over $25, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance because there is no guarantee that your returned item will be received.
To complete your return, your order number is required and the issue (ie. wrong size, wrong color, damaged) with your purchase sent to orders@toccarathomas.com. Please put your order # and reason for the return in the subject line. Once your email is received a response will be sent with the address to return your item(s).
